1) Do you offer international?
Currently we offer shipping to the US and Territories. For international purchases you can visit our Etsy Shop in the following link. ETSY SHOP
2) How long will it take for my order to be shipped?
Our current processing time is up to 10 business day. We try to be as fast as we can, while making sure your products come out in the highest quality. While we are able most of the time to ship within two to three days, this will be subject to the amount of orders placed and awaiting shipment. Our processing times do not include weekends or holidays. If there are any delays for any specific reason, we will contact you to keep you up to date with your order and the estimated shipping time.
3) When will my order arrive?
All orders are shipped via USPS. For their estimated shipping times please visit their website in the link below:
We suggest adding one or two days to the USPS estimates since we are not located in the mainland. We ship from Puerto Rico.
Please keep in mind that shipping times vary and/or maybe delayed for different reasons that are out of our control. Weekends and holidays should not be counted on these estimates.
4) What shipping services do you offer?
Most bookmarks and stickers are shipped via USPS First Class Mail, this option does not have a tracking number available. Shipping can be upgraded to First Class Package at checkout for orders to the US or territories, this option includes tracking number.
If you choose the untracked option we will send you an email or text message to notify you when your order has been handed out at the post office as well as a picture of your envelope. Keep in mind there is no available tool to track First Class Mail. We suggest to subscribe to USPS informed delivery tool, an email with a picture of your envelope will be sent to you by the USPS the day in which your envelope will be delivered.
LIKES AND CANDLES IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST UNTRACKED ENVELOPES.
5) Do you offer returns/exchanges?
We do not accept returns or exchanges at this time. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. If there is an issue with a product on your order please email us at likesandcandles@gmail.com for assistance. Customers must reach out within 72 hours from when the order was received.
6) Can I cancel my order?
After an order is placed, customers can cancel at anytime during the first 24 hours if your order has NOT been prepared and packaged for shipment, PLEASE CONTACT US to see the status of your order. Some products may be available in stock which makes it for a faster shipping, so there is a possibility that your order is ready to go in less than 24 hours after placement and depending on the hour the order was placed. If the item was available in stock, your order may have also been taken to the post office during the 24 hour period. To know the status of your order please send me an email at likesandcandles@gmail.com. If your order was already handed out at the post office, the customer must return the order back to us. To be eligible for a refund, your items must be in the same condition in which they were sent, be unworn/unused, and be in the original packaging. You will also need a proof of purchase or order confirmation email.
